Shift: Day Shift | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Assignment Length: 19 Weeks
Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Rate: $40–$45/hr

Deliver instruction aligned with existing lesson plans and IEP goals
Implement accommodations, modifications, and behavior supports
Provide individual, small-group, and inclusive instruction
Monitor and document student progress
Collaborate with school staff and related service providers
Maintain compliance with IDEA and school policies
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or related field
Active or eligible Virginia Special Education license preferred
Experience working with students with disabilities
Strong classroom management, documentation, and communication skills
Prior long-term substitute or special education experience
Experience supporting students with varied disabilities
