Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 26-week contract assignment
Pay Rate: $32 – $35 per hour

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support for healthcare-related initiatives. This role supports design, construction, scheduling, and budgeting activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. The position is a temporary contract assignment covering a full-time employee leave of absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for healthcare design and construction projects

  • Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and tracking milestones and deliverables

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation and records

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and communications among project stakeholders

  • Support business office operations related to project activities

  • Draft, review, and distribute professional correspondence and reports

  • Track project tasks and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support project objectives

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in project coordination, business office operations, or a related role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

  • Working knowledge of healthcare design and construction processes, including scheduling and budgeting

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
