Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: Night Shift – 5×8s
Schedule Notes: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,300 – $1,600
A long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night-shift contract assignment. The LPN will provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/long-term care environment and assist with resident needs to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Assist with CNA duties as needed, including basic patient care and mobility support
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care provided
Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Active New York State LPN license
BLS certification required
Recent nursing home / long-term care experience required
Ability to assist with CNA responsibilities when necessary
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
