Assignment Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Pay Rate: $80 – $85 per hour

Job Description

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures

  • Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures

  • Administer medications, including conscious sedation, per protocol

  • Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy

  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to safety standards

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of critical care experience

  • Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy

  • Experience with conscious sedation

Education Requirements

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Required Certifications & Licensure

  • Active New York State RN License

  • Primary Source Verification through NYS Department of Education (NYSED)

  • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
