"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced adult emergency department. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions.
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult emergency department patients
Perform rapid patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
Initiate and manage IV therapy and perform phlebotomy as required
Assist with and monitor patients undergoing conscious sedation
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols
Accurately document patient care, assessments, and interventions
Collaborate effectively with physicians, advanced practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Minimum two (2) years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
Proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Experience with conscious sedation
Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited nursing program
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
Primary Source Verification of RN license and registration through NYS Department of Education (NYSED)
AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
AHA PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
