"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a large, high-acuity acute care hospital in Pensacola, FL. This role supports patients across inpatient rehabilitation, medical/surgical units, and specialty service lines. New graduates are welcome, with structured onboarding, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.
Perform PT evaluations, reassessments, and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and discharge planning
Manage caseloads, care transitions, and clinical documentation
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Florida Physical Therapist license
BLS certification (within 30 days of start)
