Less than 1 year: $27.42/hr
2–3 years: $29.89/hr
4–5 years: $31.12/hr
6–7 years: $32.36/hr
9–10+ years: $33.59/hr
16+ years: $36.95/hr
Shift Differential:
Nights: +$4.50/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting job in Kissimmee, FL.
Deliver routine and advanced respiratory therapy treatments
Set up, operate, and manage acute care ventilators
Monitor patient response and adjust therapy as needed
Accurately document care in the electronic medical record
Function independently during off-shifts as required
Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams
Minimum 1 year of RRT experience
Associate’s Degree from an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program
Active Florida RRT license (must be in hand)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
