Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
Schedule: Full-Time | Days | Rotating Weekends (7–10 hour administrative shifts)
Salary Range: $135,004 – $202,555 (commensurate with experience)
Annual Incentive Bonus: 17.5%
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Director of Case Management for an exciting job in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Bachelor’s degree (required)
Master’s degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration (preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN), or
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Minimum of 3 years of recent acute care hospital Case Management experience
Minimum of 2 years of Case Management leadership experience
Proven success leading large teams in complex hospital environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute action plans independently
Direct and evaluate hospital-wide Case Management operations
Lead staffing strategy, productivity management, and performance outcomes
Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce length of stay and improve patient throughput
Leverage data analytics to identify trends and implement corrective action plans
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
Oversee utilization review, care coordination, and discharge planning processes
Maintain consistent documentation standards and best practices
Partner with executive leadership, physicians, ancillary leaders, Legal, and Compliance
Strengthen relationships with post-acute providers and community resources
Serve as a subject matter expert and executive representative for Case Management services
Lead, mentor, and develop managers and supervisors
Foster accountability, engagement, and professional development
Promote a culture of trust, adaptability, and high performance
