Location: Las Vegas (Henderson), Nevada — Onsite
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Administrative Hours | No Weekends

Compensation & Executive Incentives

  • Base Salary: $164,860 – $238,992 annually (commensurate with experience)

  • Annual Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%

Position Summary

The Vice President of Pharmacy Services provides strategic and operational oversight for pharmacy services across the Far West Division. This executive partners closely with division leadership, supply chain, clinical leaders, and facility executives to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective medication management.

The VP serves as the subject-matter expert for pharmacy purchasing strategies, clinical practice optimization, and regulatory preparedness, while leading pharmacy leaders across multiple acute care hospitals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for pharmacy clinical services, operations, compliance, and financial performance

  • Oversee hospital pharmacy departments across multiple acute care facilities

  • Lead pharmacy cost containment initiatives and medication utilization strategies

  • Serve as the pharmacy subject-matter expert to Division Supply Chain leadership and Clinical Resource Directors

  • Analyze purchasing patterns and develop enterprise pharmacy business process models

  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with:

    • Facility CEOs, COOs, and CNOs

    • Pharmacy Directors and Division leadership

    • Supply Chain and Clinical Services stakeholders

  • Lead transformational change initiatives that improve patient outcomes and financial performance

  • Foster a high-performance pharmacy culture focused on innovation, accountability, and clinical excellence

  • Ensure stakeholder confidence through transparent communication and alignment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy – required

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD), MBA, or MS – preferred

  • Active Pharmacist License – required

  • Nevada Pharmacist License – required

  • California Pharmacist License – preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in acute care, multi-site healthcare environments
