Hourly Pay (Based on Experience):
$28.65 – $29.89/hr (1–2 years)
$31.12 – $32.36/hr (5–6 years)
$33.59 – $36.95/hr (10+ years)
Shift Differentials:
Evenings: +$2.00/hr
Nights: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Medical Technologist (MT/MLS) to support overnight laboratory operations in an acute-care hospital environment. This role performs complex diagnostic testing across multiple laboratory disciplines, delivering accurate and timely results that directly impact patient care and clinical decision-making.
Perform complex laboratory analyses including microscopic, immunologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, biologic, and chemical testing
Conduct testing across Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Blood Bank, Serology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, and Microbiology
Receive, process, and accession specimens while maintaining proper documentation
Operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on laboratory instrumentation
Complete and document quality control procedures in accordance with laboratory policies and regulatory standards
Identify, document, and resolve testing or equipment issues
Assist with training and mentoring of new staff and students
Participate in phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed
Florida State Generalist Laboratory License (active or applied and near completion)
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
MT/MLS registry required by start date
Strong foundational laboratory knowledge
New graduates with clinical rotations or laboratory assistant experience will be considered
ASCP or equivalent certification
Prior experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting
