Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Project Assistant for an exciting job in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager with special, technical, and administrative projects

  • Support project activities including data collection, documentation, tracking, and reporting

  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other project-related materials

  • Perform a full range of administrative and office support functions

  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and assist with logistics and follow-ups

  • Organize, maintain, and update project files, records, and documentation

  • Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders as directed

  • Monitor deadlines and support timely completion of assigned tasks

  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all work products

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with standard office and administrative tools

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant administrative, project support, or office experience

  • Prior experience supporting project management activities preferred

  • Experience in a fast-paced office or program environment is a plus
