Compensation:
Weekly Gross: $2,504.16
W2 Rate: $26/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1,568
A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality respiratory care across neonate, pediatric, and adult patient populations. This role requires strong critical care expertise and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
Deliver comprehensive respiratory care in critical and acute care settings.
Manage and monitor mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, non-invasive ventilation (NIV), and oxygen delivery systems.
Perform and interpret arterial blood gases (ABGs).
Provide respiratory support for patients ranging from neonates to adults.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and respiratory care protocols.
Active New York State RRT License
Minimum 2 years of recent respiratory therapy experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (NRP preferred)
Strong critical care skills, including ventilator management and advanced respiratory support
Experience caring for neonate, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Availability to work 2–3 weekend night shifts
No on-call requirement
No floating required
