We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Support Engineer to support a large-scale Business Diversity Software implementation. This role will work closely with a Senior Technical Lead and cross-functional development teams to ensure the reliability, security, and successful delivery of a mission-critical enterprise solution.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, hands-on problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration abilities to support development, integration, deployment, and ongoing operations.
Support the successful delivery, stability, and reliability of an enterprise Business Diversity Software solution
Collaborate with the Senior Technical Lead and development teams to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across development, testing, and production environments
Assist with configuration, customization, and integration of COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions
Design and implement solutions using a combination of custom development and COTS platforms
Participate hands-on as needed by writing code, configuring platforms, building integrations, and creating architecture diagrams
Develop and maintain automation pipelines and DevOps workflows
Submit and support technical change requests (e.g., build materials, firewall rule changes, security updates)
Ensure security compliance throughout the development lifecycle in coordination with cybersecurity teams
Document technical processes, procedures, and system designs
Maintain a strong understanding of project scope and objectives to proactively identify risks and roadblocks
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and risks
Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure overall system stability
Candidates lacking mandatory qualifications will not be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, technical architecture, or technical leadership roles
Experience supporting cloud-based SaaS platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, ITSM, or government-focused SaaS solutions)
Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language (Java, Python, C#, C++, JavaScript, Go)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, with hands-on experience using Azure and/or AWS
Knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban; SAFe preferred)
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and toolsets such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and JIRA
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Experience analyzing and interpreting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, engineers, domain experts) to define and document non-functional requirements
Strong attention to detail
Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Experience with Business Diversity, Supplier Diversity, or Vendor Compliance software solutions
Familiarity with platforms similar to B2G-focused or compliance-driven SaaS solutions is a plus
