Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Interventional Radiology
Location: Bronx, NY 10461
38 hours per week
4 days per week
9.5-hour shifts
Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $75 – $78 per hour (based on experience)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to support both interventional and diagnostic radiology procedures within a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong critical care background and hands-on experience with conscious sedation, IV therapy, and phlebotomy. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, collaboration, and patient-focused care.
Deliver nursing care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
Administer and monitor patients receiving conscious sedation
Continuously assess patient status and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols
Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience
Demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion and phlebotomy
Experience administering and monitoring conscious sedation
Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verified)
AHA BLS (required)
AHA ACLS (required)
