Hourly Rate: $76.67
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,875.13
Weekly Stipend: $1,750.13
A healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, fast-paced emergency care. The ER RN will perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and provide immediate interventions for patients presenting with acute and life-threatening conditions.
Perform rapid patient assessment and triage in a high-acuity emergency setting
Initiate immediate stabilization and life-saving interventions
Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments as ordered
Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy
Assist physicians during emergency procedures and conscious sedation
Monitor vital signs and patient responses continuously
Provide wound care and manage trauma-related injuries
Accurately document patient care and interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide emotional support to patients and families during critical situations
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience
Strong IV insertion and phlebotomy skills
Experience with conscious sedation
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, unpredictable environments
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
BLS certification required (ACLS and other emergency certifications preferred as per unit requirements)
