Pay Rate: $50.00 – $58.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours/week | 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Days: Monday – Friday (No evenings or weekends)
Job Description
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Speech Language Pathologist School for an exciting job in Colorado Springs, CO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for students across a diverse K–12 caseload.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and determine eligibility for services.
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
Utilize a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques, including AAC when applicable, to enhance student communication and academic access.
Lead IEP meetings and provide training to school staff on integrating speech goals into the classroom.
Maintain thorough documentation, treatment logs, and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
Must be available to work on-site.
Previous school-based or pediatric clinical experience highly valued.
