Position Title: Vice President, Emergency Services
Location: Houston, TX
Type: Full-Time | Executive Leadership | Monday–Friday (Days)
Compensation: $142,958 – $214,448/year, plus 17.5% target annual bonus (up to 150% based on performance).
Relocation and sign-on bonuses considered on a case-by-case basis.
Position Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Vice President, Emergency Services for an exciting job in Houston, TX.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead evidence-based emergency care, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
Optimize patient throughput and operational efficiency.
Promote a patient-centered culture and enhance patient experience.
Build, coach, and retain high-performing leaders; ensure workforce stability.
Drive strategic growth, service expansion, and community partnerships.
Manage operating and capital budgets, labor productivity, and cost control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s, BSN, and Master’s degrees required
Active RN license (TX or Compact) and BLS certification
5+ years recent experience as Director of Emergency Services, including Level I/II Trauma Center leadership and multi-site ED management
