Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Forensic / Behavioral Health

Duration: 24 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | Day or Night
Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Forensic / Behavioral Health for an exciting job in St. Louis, MO.
Openings Available:
11 Day Shift RNs
13 Night Shift RNs
Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: Alternating 36 and 48 hours per week
Breaks: 30-minute break included
Provide direct nursing care to forensic psychiatric patients
Administer medications and treatments and monitor patient responses
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
Maintain a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Complete documentation and reports in a timely manner
Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and professional nursing ethics
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
Ability to work 12-hour rotating schedules
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a secure forensic or behavioral health setting
Professional, reliable, and adaptable
Licensure Requirement
Current and active Missouri RN license
