Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / ICU
Location: Hyannis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Pay: $55–$63/hr
Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care / ICU for an exciting job in Hyannis, MA.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and document comprehensive ICU patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Serve as charge nurse when assigned
Utilize EHR and nursing informatics systems
Support staff education, quality improvement, and patient outcomes
Adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Active Massachusetts RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Completion of pharmacology and basic arrhythmia competencies
Prior Critical Care / ICU experience
Strong English communication skills
Preferred:
BSN, CCRN, TCAR
De-escalation certification
Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, and ICP monitoring
