Shift: Day Shift
Pay Rate: $65–$73 per hour
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in South Dennis, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and establish measurable functional goals
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
Perform diagnostic and functional assessments
Document patient care, progress, and discharge planning
Educate patients and families on therapeutic programs and home care
Collaborate with medical and allied health professionals
Support and guide PTAs, aides, students, and new staff
Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and infection control standards
Participate in meetings, training, and professional development
Deliver care consistent with CARES values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification
