A global organization is seeking a Bilingual International Coordinator to support international operations through strong project coordination, communication, and administrative support. This role requires a highly organized professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects across time zones.
Administrative Support
Manage executive and team calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and arrange domestic and international travel
Ensure timely communication, follow-up, and completion of action items and deliverables
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all administrative activities
Project Planning & Coordination
Support cross-functional and international projects by maintaining project plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as SharePoint, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues or delays as needed
Partner with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and on-time project execution
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain centralized project documentation repositories with proper version control
Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, and meeting summaries with a focus on clarity and presentation
Track unresolved issues, action items, and project risks
Communication & Collaboration
Serve as a liaison between international and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication flow
Foster a positive, inclusive, and solution-oriented team environment
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or project management role
Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting multiple leaders with scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
Experience using SharePoint, Monday.com, and/or Smartsheet
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent document editing and formatting abilities
Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams
Professional, approachable demeanor and positive attitude
Bilingual proficiency (written and verbal) preferred, based on business needs
