Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Long-Term Care (Contract)
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 40 hours/week | No weekends
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a 13-week contract assignment at a well-established long-term care facility. This role focuses on providing high-quality, hands-on resident care. This is a contract position without agency-provided benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Monitor and document vital signs and intake/output; promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed staff
Support resident mobility and safety through transfers, repositioning, and routine environmental rounds
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment in accordance with facility policies
Qualifications
Active CNA certification in good standing
Prior long-term care (LTC) experience strongly preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication skills and a resident-centered approach to care
