Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: Monday–Friday

A healthcare organization is seeking a Sterile Supply Technician to support central sterile processing operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper decontamination, inspection, assembly, sterilization, and distribution of medical instruments and supplies in accordance with established standards and infection control guidelines.
Decontaminate, clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment
Operate and monitor sterilization equipment following approved procedures
Perform quality checks to ensure sterility and functionality of instruments and trays
Maintain accurate documentation related to sterilization processes and equipment logs
Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Ensure proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies to clinical areas
Identify damaged or malfunctioning instruments and report issues appropriately
Support department operations including rotating weekends and holidays as required
Prior experience in Sterile Processing / Central Sterile preferred
Knowledge of sterilization techniques, instrumentation, and infection control practices
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift equipment as required
Sterile Processing Technician certification (e.g., CRCST, CSPDT) preferred but not required
