About the Role

We’re an established and fast-growing IT staffing firm looking to hire a Junior Sales Associate to join our corporate team in North Brunswick, NJ.

This is not a “sit in a cubicle and dial for dollars” role.

You’ll be working side-by-side with our VP and CEO, learning how real deals are built, how enterprise and government clients buy staffing services, and how long-term client relationships are grown and protected. What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Sales & Prospecting

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients across IT, healthcare, and public-sector markets.
  • Learn how to open conversations, qualify decision-makers, and uncover staffing needs.
  • Build confidence handling objections, rejections, and follow-ups like a pro.

Account Farming & Relationship Building

  • Call on existing clients to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Help expand accounts by identifying new departments, hiring managers, and upcoming projects.
  • Learn how to stay top-of-mind with clients and become a trusted extension of their hiring team.

Sales Support & Growth

  • Support senior sales leadership with outreach campaigns, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
  • Learn how staffing deals are structured; from requisition intake to placement.
  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and live coaching with leadership.
