About the Role

Navitas Partners, LLC is looking for a Client Service Manager (CSM) to oversee and strengthen client relationships within the healthcare staffing domain. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing key accounts, and providing tailored workforce solutions for healthcare organizations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare staffing, compliance protocols, and account management, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients, delivering superior service across all stages of the staffing process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, HR teams, procurement staff, and clinical managers.
  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied health).
  • Monitor contract performance, including fill rates, compliance, retention, and SLAs.
  • Oversee onboarding and credentialing to meet regulatory and client requirements (JCAHO, HIPAA, etc.).
  • Conduct client check-ins, performance reviews, and satisfaction surveys to proactively address concerns.
  • Work with compliance and operations teams to resolve escalations such as attendance or quality-of-care issues.
  • Analyze performance data, staffing trends, and prepare client reports.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
  • Stay current with healthcare staffing regulations, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in client management or account coordination within healthcare staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare roles, credentialing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS, VMS platforms, and CRM tools.

Preferred

  • Experience managing large hospital or multi-site healthcare accounts.
  • Knowledge of workforce compliance tools (e.g., Prophecy, Checkr, credentialing portals).
  • Experience working with MSPs or vendor-neutral staffing models.
