Speech-Language Pathologist – Rehabilitation
Location: Hyannis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $60–$68/hour
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide diagnostic and treatment services for patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, and related disorders. The clinician will work with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, recognizing age-specific differences, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and prevent disability.
Key Responsibilities
Administer diagnostic tests to evaluate the extent of impairment and prognosis (20%)
Develop measurable treatment goals and individualized care plans with patient and family input (20%)
Perform therapy and adapt techniques to meet patient needs; reevaluate and modify plans based on progress
Document care, provide patient/family education, and communicate effectively with medical/allied health personnel
Participate in quality improvement, program evaluation, and infection control initiatives (5%)
Train new personnel and provide guidance to PTAs, aides, and students
Engage in professional growth through educational programs, literature review, workshops, and in-service meetings
Attend required meetings and perform other duties as assigned (10%)

Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Licensed in Massachusetts
Current CPR certification
Experience:
1–2 years of experience with swallowing disorders preferred
Adherence to ASHA Professional Code of Ethics
