Role Overview

This role is for an experienced CVICU RN caring for high-acuity cardiovascular patients. You will manage critically ill patients, including those on ventilators, cardiac drips, and advanced monitoring, while working closely with physicians and a strong multidisciplinary ICU team.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role focused on delivering safe, evidence-based critical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill CVICU patients

• Monitor and manage ventilators, cardiac drips, and hemodynamic status

• Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and safety

• Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans

• Deliver focused, high-quality care with a continuous improvement mindset

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience (within last 2–3 years)

• OR 2+ years of PCU RN experience will be considered

• Active Florida RN license or compact multistate license

• Compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating

• Associate Degree required | BSN preferred

• BLS within 30 days of hire

• ACLS within 90 days of hire

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range:

• $32.00/hr – early experience

• $40.00/hr – ~10 years experience

• Up to $48.00/hr – 17+ years experience

Shift Differential:

• Night Shift: $4.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus

• $15,000 – Night Shift

Relocation

• Available case by case
