Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Electrophysiology (EP) Lab
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 4 × 10-hour shifts
Pay Rate: $55 – $60 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Electrophysiology (EP) Lab on a contract basis. This role requires specialized clinical knowledge, sound judgment, and advanced nursing skills to deliver safe, patient-centered care across diverse populations. Care is provided in alignment with established nursing practice standards, ethical guidelines, and state nursing regulations.
Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
Provide age-appropriate and culturally sensitive nursing care and education
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional nursing standards
Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical competency maintenance
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting
Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional growth
Required:
Diploma in Nursing
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS (American Heart Association)
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Preferred:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
