Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics
Location: Lansing, NY 14882
Assignment Length: 26 Weeks
Schedule: 4×10-Hour Shifts
Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 10:30 PM (30-minute meal break included)
Days Worked: Sunday – Wednesday
Pay Rate: $55–$60/hour
Weekly Hours: 40
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics for an exciting job in Lansing, NY.
Provide direct nursing care to pediatric and adolescent patients
Administer medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with state and facility regulations
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and nursing interventions
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Ensure nursing interventions align with established treatment and care plans
Maintain medical supplies and accurate clinical documentation
Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance standards
Prepare and complete required clinical and administrative reports
Participate in staff training and continuing education programs
Collaborate with physicians and other members of the multidisciplinary care team
Perform additional duties as assigned
Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured, team-oriented healthcare environment
Knowledge of infection control practices and medication administration protocols
