Location: Dulles, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday–Friday (No Weekends)
Compensation: $100,000 – $145,000 annually (based on experience)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager – Behavioral Health to lead nursing operations within an acute care behavioral health unit at a modern healthcare facility in Loudoun County, Virginia. This leadership role offers a rare opportunity to maintain a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact on patient care and team development.
Provide operational leadership for the Behavioral Health nursing unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
Lead, mentor, and support Charge Nurses, House Supervisors, and nursing staff
Oversee staffing, patient flow, and resource utilization to maintain unit efficiency
Promote a collaborative, patient-centered culture aligned with organizational values
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Nurse Manager, Supervisor, or Clinical Team Lead role
Experience must be within a Behavioral Health unit in an acute care setting
Licensure/Certifications:
BCLS required within 30 days of hire
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) required within 30 days of hire
