Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Aurora, CO (Single School Site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (7.5 hours/day; 30-minute unpaid lunch)
Duration: 30 weeks (2025–2026 School Year)
Pay Rate: $52–$55/hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a school-based assignment in Aurora, Colorado, for the 2025–2026 school year. This position offers a consistent daytime schedule, a single-site placement, and the opportunity to support students across various age groups. Competitive compensation is offered, with consideration for higher rates based on experience.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
Support students’ academic success through evidence-based interventions
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active Colorado State Speech-Language Pathology license
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification (pending certification accepted at start)
Previous school-based experience preferred; 5+ years highly valued
Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
