Job Title: Sterile Processing Manager – Evening Shift

Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary & Benefits:
$52,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
Relocation assistance starting at $5,000
Sign-on bonus available
Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is looking for a Sterile Processing Manager to lead the evening shift. You will manage workflow, maintain quality standards, and support staff development to ensure efficient surgical set processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead evening shift operations and manage surgical set processing
Train, develop, and maintain staff competencies
Ensure quality control and compliance with infection control standards
Collaborate with OR and other departments for smooth operations
Recommend resources to support department needs
Qualifications:
Completion of a Two-Year Surgical Technology Course OR CRCST/CSPDT certification
Current IAHCSMM/HSPA (CRCST) or CBSPD (CSPDT) certification required
Minimum 3 years in Sterile Processing and 2 years in leadership
Knowledge of OR instruments, infection control, and computer systems (SPM experience a plus)
