Nurse Manager – Critical Care (CVICU)
Location: Dallas, TX Area
Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed Shift

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $84,849 – $127,274 (based on years of experience).

• Sign-On Bonus: Available (Determined on a case-by-case basis).

Position Summary

The Nurse Manager supports daily operations of the CVICU, ensures safe and efficient patient care, and provides leadership for nursing and ECMO staff. This role requires flexibility to support day, night, and weekend teams.

Requirements

• Education: BSN required; Master’s preferred

• Experience: 4+ years recent CVICU/ICU leadership experience

• Licensure: Texas or Compact RN license

• Certifications: BLS & ACLS required; CCRN/CNRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee CVICU operations and staffing

• Assist with staffing needs as required

• Support mixed-shift teams; visibility on nights/weekends

• Develop policies and quality initiatives

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate nursing and ECMO staff
