Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Adult Home Care
Location: Queens, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $72 – $80 per hour
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver adult home care services throughout Queens. The ideal candidate will bring strong acute care experience along with current home health expertise, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate patient care in a community-based setting.
Provide direct adult patient care in a home health environment.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and execute individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the care team.
Document all care accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
Educate and support patients and families regarding care needs.
Participate in rotating weekend coverage as needed.
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (Med-Surg, Maternal/Child, Critical Care, or Pediatrics).
Current experience in adult home health care.
Strong clinical judgment, time management, and patient-centered care skills.
Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) required.
Active New York State RN license.
Primary Source Verification from NYSED.
Current AHA BLS certification.
