Occupational Therapist (OT) – School-Based
Location: Burbank, IL
Contract Duration: 22 Weeks
Schedule: Days | 3×11.5-Hour Shifts (08:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $40 – $50 per hour
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to students with diverse physical, sensory, and cognitive needs. This on-site position supports specialized student populations, requiring adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varied sensory, motor, adaptive, and cognitive challenges
Conduct assessments and evaluations; develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Modify interventions to meet the needs of students with different communication styles and functional levels
Required Qualifications
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
School-based experience preferred
