Shift: Days / Evenings / Nights (8×5)
Hours per Week: 40
Pay Rate: $30–$37/hr ($1,125–$1,387.50 per week)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a reputable healthcare facility in Far Rockaway, NY.
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor, record, and report patient conditions, vital signs, and progress
Assist with assessments and support care plan development
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Support patients with daily living activities, promoting comfort and safety
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Active New York LPN license
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
