Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Location: Ridgecrest, CA 93555
Contract Length: 25 Weeks
Shift: Day | 5×7.5 hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Setting: School-Based
Gross Weekly: $3,420/week
W2 Rate: $52/hr
Stipend: $52/hr
The School-Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication services to students within an educational setting. This role focuses on assessment, intervention, and collaboration with school staff and families to support student success and meet individualized education goals.
Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with school and state guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators
Provide education to families and school personnel regarding student needs and therapy strategies
Maintain a supportive, safe, and inclusive environment for all students
Perform additional related duties as assigned
Active California SLP License (must be in hand)
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
CTC Credential not required
