Scheduled Days: Sunday–Saturday (7-day rotation)
Job Description:
Assist Physical Therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care to patients.
Implement treatment plans and therapeutic exercises as directed by the supervising PT.
Support patient mobility, strength, and functional improvement through structured therapy sessions.
Observe and document patient progress in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient goals are met.
Educate patients and families on exercises and home-care instructions.
Maintain therapy equipment and ensure a clean, safe treatment environment.
Assist in patient assessments by preparing materials and gathering necessary information.
Communicate changes in patient condition to supervising therapists promptly.
Perform additional patient-care tasks as delegated to support therapy operations.
