Scheduled Days: Sunday–Saturday (7-day rotation)
Job Description:
Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Assist in implementing treatment plans to improve patient mobility, functionality, and independence.
Deliver therapeutic activities and exercises tailored to individual patient needs.
Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated and effective care.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home programs.
Assist in patient evaluations by gathering relevant information and preparing treatment materials.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
Follow all facility, clinical, and safety guidelines.
Perform other delegated therapy tasks as needed to support patient care.
