Job Title: SAP FI/CO, FM & PS SME
Location: Middletown, PA (Remote; may shift to hybrid — only candidates within 1.5 hours)
Duration: 6 Months
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking a senior SAP FI/CO, Funds Management (FM), and Project Systems (PS) SME to support ECC operations and lead key activities for an S/4HANA transformation. Role includes solution design, configuration, enhancements, testing, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
Serve as SME for SAP FI/CO, FM, and PS across ECC and S/4HANA.
Support S/4HANA financial system implementation, integrations, and process redesign.
Lead analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for Finance, FM, and PS.
Map current-state ECC processes to future-state S/4HANA.
Support reporting, data cleansing/validation, and system upgrades.
Provide issue resolution, cutover, hypercare, and end-user training.
Ensure adherence to change management and public-sector financial requirements.
10+ years SAP ECC 6.0 & S/4HANA FI/CO, FM, PS configuration/support.
2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong FI/CO, FM, PS process knowledge and public-sector finance experience.
Expertise in design workshops, documentation, testing, and training.
Deep understanding of E2E business/data/transaction flows.
Bachelor’s degree required; S/4HANA certifications preferred.
Experience with ECC/S4 integrations, banking interfaces, ACH/check processing.
Integration with external systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, banking platforms).
Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, job scheduling, Fiori, and cloud-hosted S/4.
Experience supporting brownfield migrations and authoring test scripts.
