Job Title: Senior ETL Developer

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Senior ETL Developer for an exciting job in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
Design and implement ETL pipelines to extract and transform data from various sources, including databases and flat files.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Design and develop database structures using Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Work with team members to analyze source system structures and determine optimal data retrieval methods.
Lead the development of complex data transformation logic using ETL tools or scripting languages such as SQL, Bash, and Python.
Clean, validate, and transform data to meet target schema and quality standards.
Participate in and support ongoing data quality improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot technical issues to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and process efficiency.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
6+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Qlik Talend or IBM DataStage in a developer capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6+ years of ETL development experience working with large datasets, including sensitive PII/PHI data.
Strong experience working with Linux and Windows environments.
6+ years of experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or Microsoft DevOps.
Solid understanding of HIPAA requirements and handling of sensitive data.
Ability to work effectively in remote, hybrid, or in-person environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
Demonstrated success collaborating within diverse technical teams.
