Location: Bloomfield, NM
Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Night Shift)
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Contract Duration: 12 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Provide high-quality skilled nursing care to residents during assigned night shifts.
Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
Monitor and document changes in resident status, reporting critical updates to leadership.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely charting within facility systems.
Support residents with clinical needs, emergency responses, and ongoing monitoring.
Adhere to state, federal, and facility regulations and safety standards.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment throughout the unit.
Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families as needed.
