The HR Director is responsible for delivering a broad range of strategic HR and talent services to organizational leaders. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, providing expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, culture, work environment, and leadership development. The position requires a strong understanding of HR functions and frequently collaborates with business clients and HR partners in areas such as employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent strategy.
Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leaders, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives.
Guide leaders through organizational change, culture initiatives, and workforce planning.
Provide expert support in areas including employee experience, team effectiveness, leadership development, and retention strategies.
Partner with HR teams in employee relations, compensation, talent management, and performance management.
Conduct organizational assessments and deliver insights to improve culture, engagement, and business performance.
Facilitate leadership discussions, team interventions, and developmental programs.
Support strategic initiatives such as organizational design, succession planning, and talent development.
Implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive business outcomes.
Provide coaching to leaders and managers on talent, leadership, and employee engagement.
Manage complex change initiatives, conflict resolution processes, and group dynamics.
Lead or participate in HR projects, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
10+ years of experience in HR business or client management, including strategic talent planning, engagement, retention, leadership development, and culture or change management.
5+ years of people management experience (required).
Excellent leadership, influence, and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
Strong diagnostic, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
Proven ability to implement and execute complex HR initiatives.
Experience in building team effectiveness and leading group processes.
Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and organizational dynamics.
Strong business acumen and project management abilities.
Expertise in process mapping, situational assessment, and objective evaluation.
Advanced written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Strategic, creative, and systems-thinking orientation.
