The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents in a skilled nursing environment. This role includes assisting with daily living activities, ensuring resident comfort, and supporting the nursing team in providing safe, high-quality care.
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
Provide support with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations.
Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents.
Follow facility procedures, infection control standards, and care protocols.
Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary staff to ensure resident well-being.
Active state certification as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehab, or related healthcare settings preferred.
Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend.
Must commit to the full contract and adhere to no-RTO policy.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.
