Job Title: Radiology Technologist
Location: Aventura, FL (33180)
Schedule: Full-Time – Evenings, Mixed Shifts, Rotating Weekends
Shift Options: 8-Hour Shifts Only (6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
Compensation: $27.09–$37.92/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Radiology Technologist to join a high-acuity, technologically advanced hospital. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and workflow efficiency. This role requires technical proficiency, excellent patient interaction skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. New graduates who have passed state boards are encouraged to apply.
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – required
State-registered Radiologic Technician credential
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire
High school diploma or GED
New graduates who have successfully passed state boards are eligible
Perform high-quality radiologic procedures according to established protocols.
Ensure patient safety through proper positioning, shielding, and compliance with radiation safety standards.
Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and provide reassurance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clinical teams to meet imaging needs efficiently.
Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, performing preventive checks as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient records, and imaging data.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health teams to support diagnostic workflows.
Adhere to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational quality metrics.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to imaging quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
