Schedule: Full-Time – Evenings, Mixed Shifts, Rotating Weekends
Shift Options: 8-Hour Shifts Only (6:00 AM–2:30 PM | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
Compensation: $27.09–$37.92/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated and clinically skilled Radiology Technologist to join a high-acuity, technologically advanced hospital. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and workflow efficiency. This role requires technical proficiency, excellent patient interaction skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. New graduates who have passed state boards are encouraged to apply.

Required Qualifications

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) – required

  • State-registered Radiologic Technician credential

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – must be obtained within 30 days of hire

  • High school diploma or GED

  • New graduates who have successfully passed state boards are eligible

Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality radiologic procedures according to established protocols.

  • Ensure patient safety through proper positioning, shielding, and compliance with radiation safety standards.

  • Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and provide reassurance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and clinical teams to meet imaging needs efficiently.

  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, performing preventive checks as needed.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, patient records, and imaging data.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health teams to support diagnostic workflows.

  • Adhere to regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational quality metrics.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to imaging quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
