Med-Surg Orthopedic RN – Full-Time
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Available Shifts:
Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotating Weekends)
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating Weekends)
Pay Range:
$27.72–$33/hr (up to 5 years experience)
$36.30/hr (10 years experience)
$39.60/hr (15+ years experience)
Incentives:
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
Night Differential: $3/hr
Weekend Differential: $2/hr
Relocation: Case-by-Case
As a Med-Surg Orthopedic RN, you will provide patient-centered care to adults recovering from illness or injury. Responsibilities include making autonomous clinical assessments, managing treatments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in a supportive, excellence-focused environment.
Collect comprehensive patient health data and analyze for diagnosis and care planning
Advocate for patients and ensure individualized outcomes and safety
Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments
Optimize the use of time, supplies, and equipment for effective care delivery
Florida RN license (or multistate compact; 60 days to obtain FL license post-relocation)
1+ year recent RN experience (acute care strongly preferred; LTAC considered)
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred (required within 6 months)
BSN preferred
