Nuclear Medicine Technologist – Full Time (Days/Evenings, Rotating Weekends)
Location: Fort Pierce, FL
A leading 380-bed acute-care facility and Level II Trauma Center is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join its advanced imaging team. This hospital offers comprehensive services including a renowned Heart Institute with open-heart capabilities, orthopedic and oncology programs, pediatric and neonatal intensive care, and cutting-edge diagnostic imaging.
Role: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts
Shift Options: 6A–2:30P, 7A–3P, 8A–4P, 9A–5P, 3P–11P (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation: $30.34–$42.47 per hour
Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures using ionizing radiation in alignment with ALARA safety standards.
Operate, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment to ensure high-quality imaging results.
Develop, organize, and process scans/images with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure proper patient positioning, safety, and adherence to radiation protocols in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Associate Degree required.
State Registered Radiologic Technician.
ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required.
BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS required within 30 days.
