Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Night Shift, Rotating Weekends)
Location: Hudson, FL
Facility: 392-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center offering advanced services in cardiac care, stroke, oncology, orthopedics, and neurosurgery.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule: Full-time, Nights (Rotating Weekends)

  • Salary: $33–$46 per hour (based on experience)

  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000

  • Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Requirements:

  • Current Florida RN license or active compact RN license with ability to obtain FL RN within 60 days of hire.

  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience (MICU/SICU/CSU candidates considered).

  • Current BLS certification required.

  • ACLS and NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.

  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal communication, service excellence, and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients in the ICU.

  • Administer medications per physician orders and monitor patient response.

  • Maintain, review, and update patient records, including posting test and exam results.

  • Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and care plans.
