Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Step-Down (Float Pool)

Position Type: Contract/ 12-hour shifts (Night)
Pay Rate: $41 to $46/Hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical Step-Down (Float Pool) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Cincinnati, OH.

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on individual needs.
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality, culturally competent care.
Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
Administer medications, transfusions, and treatments according to protocols.
Maintain patient safety and adhere to infection control standards.
Educate patients and families on health management, procedures, and treatments.
Qualifications:
Education: Required – Diploma of Nursing; Preferred – BSN
Certifications & Licenses: Required – Ohio RN License or Compact, BLS (American Heart Assoc.), ACLS (American Heart Assoc.)
