Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN / LVN)
Location: Montour Falls, NY 14865
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evening Shift
Schedule: 5 shifts per week
Hours per Shift: 7.5 hours (37.5 hours/week)
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
Weekly Gross: $1,735/week
W2: $1,735/week
Stipend: $1,015/week
Local Pay: $37/hr.
2+ years of LPN experience
Previous Nursing Home or SNF experience required
Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
Active LPN/LVN license
BLS (AHA preferred)
Provide skilled nursing care in a SNF/LTC environment
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/provider
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Document care using Point Click Care (PCC)
Maintain infection prevention and safety standards
